Who I am and what this statement covers

This statement explains what personal information elanaganor.com collects, why, and how it is protected. It is written to meet the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, as amended (Amendment 13).

The site is operated by Elana Ganor, an independent organisational consultant and executive and career coach based in Tel Aviv, Israel (“I”, “me”). I am the controller of the information collected through this site. [Tax registration number 011259702]

This statement covers the website only. Information shared in the course of a coaching or consulting engagement is covered by the privacy terms in the engagement agreement.

Your individual answers to the assessment questions stay in your browser. Only your name, email and the summary scores are sent to me, and only when you choose to see your result.

I do not add assessment, enquiry or waiting-list contacts to any mailing list. You will receive a newsletter only if you sign up for it yourself. I do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and I do not use it for profiling or automated decisions about you.

Do you have to provide this information?

No. There is no legal obligation to give me any personal information, and every form is your choice. If you choose not to, the only consequence is practical: I cannot reply to an enquiry without an email address, and the assessments cannot show your result without one.

Where it is stored and who processes it

When you submit a form, it is stored in the site’s database and sent to my email inbox. I use a small number of service providers to run the site. They process information only on my behalf and for these purposes:

Provider

Role

Jetserver

Hosts the website and its database

Cloudflare

Delivers the site, protects it from attacks, and provides cookie-free visitor statistics

Google (Gmail)

Receives form notifications in my inbox

Elementor

Provides the site builder and the accessibility toolbar

Some of these providers store data on servers outside Israel, including in the European Union and the United States. Such transfers are made in line with the Privacy Protection (Transfer of Data to Databases Abroad) Regulations, 5761-2001.

I will disclose personal information to anyone else only if the law requires it.

Cookies

The site uses one cookie, which remembers whether you chose English or Hebrew. It contains no personal information. The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies and no Google Analytics, and Cloudflare’s visitor statistics work without cookies.

How long I keep information

  • Enquiries and assessment results: up to 24 months after your last contact with me, unless we begin working together.
  • Waiting-list details: until the programme opens and you have been notified, or earlier if you ask me to remove them.
  • If we begin working together: your details move to my client records under the terms of our engagement agreement, and the original form submission is deleted.

Deletion covers both the site’s database and the notification email in my inbox.

How I protect it

The site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to the site’s administration and to my email account is protected by strong passwords and two-factor authentication. Only I have access to the information you send, and I keep no additional copies of form submissions.

Children

This site is intended for adults. The Parenting for the AI Age waiting list asks a parent for their child’s age group only, and never for the child’s name or any other details about the child.

Your rights

Under Israeli law you may ask to see the personal information I hold about you, and to have it corrected or deleted if it is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or out of date. You may also ask me to delete your information at any time, and withdraw any consent you have given, such as to waiting-list emails, without giving a reason. To make a request, email me at [email protected]. I will reply within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with my response, you can contact the Privacy Protection Authority at the Israeli Ministry of Justice.
