As the future unfolds, everyone will need a thought partner by their side. One who sees them, and the landscape around them.
For twenty years, I’ve been that partner, guiding organisations, professionals and executives to see what no one else sees.
Elana Ganor is an organisational consultant, executive and career coach, and researcher based in Tel Aviv, working globally in English and Hebrew. She holds an MSc in Management Science (Organisational Behaviour) from Tel Aviv University, specialising in network analysis and social capital. Since founding her independent practice in 2011, she has worked with over 700 professionals and executives and developed the BEST Method for career growth.
“I didn’t set out to become a consultant. I set out to understand why some people and organisations thrive while others stall — despite having everything they need on paper. That question has taken me across cultures, sectors, and continents, working with clients across tech, finance, academia & public and third sectors. I have developed, delivered, and led programs reaching over 10k people worldwide, in partnership with organisations including the World Economic Forum and the Olympics. I have also worked on large scale change management projects for over two decades, including digital transformation and AI adoption.
Today, that question has new urgency. AI gives us more data about human behaviour than ever before. Knowing which of it actually moves the needle is the work I have been doing all along.
Leadership isn’t a destination or position, it is a way of life.
I’ve spent two decades working across sectors, cultures, and levels of seniority — and the pattern is always the same. The people who grow fastest are the ones who understand strategy is never enough. They’re the ones willing to look honestly at themselves while executing it. That’s the belief behind everything I do: a pragmatic, business-minded perspective — backed by network analysis, behavioural science, and real-time knowledge of the trends — helps build the strategy. Mindfulness and systems thinking are how that strategy becomes sustainable transformation when change is the new norm. That belief is also the foundation of the BEST method, the coaching framework I developed to work on all four dimensions of a career at once: Business, Emotions, Systems and Tools.
