Leadership used to be a privilege. In the new world of work it is a necessity.
Positioning, career strategy, and where the market is moving.

Leadership was never about the title. Today, who you are matters more than it ever has.
In the age of AI, experience alone is no longer enough. What sets leaders apart now is how they show up: the clarity they bring, and the presence they lead with. This is deeply personal work. I hold the space so you can see what comes next, and lead through it.

The most future-proof investment is a child’s metacognitive skills.
The most future-proof investment you can make in your child isn’t a course or a tool — it’s their metacognitive development: Metacognition is the ability to notice and steer your own thinking : how you learn, solve problems and adapt, and it is critical for the future of work.

Coaching helps most when you sense that something needs to change but can’t yet see the path clearly. That might be a career crossroads, a new leadership role, a return from leave, or a role that AI is reshaping. It’s also valuable when you’re doing well but want to move with intention rather than react to what comes. If you keep turning the same question over on your own, a thought partner can help you see it from outside and with a market perspective in mind.
Career coaching focuses on direction: where you’re going next, how to position yourself and how to get there. Executive coaching focuses on how you lead once you’re there: the clarity you bring under pressure, your presence, and how you lead through complexity. Many of my clients start with one and move to the other. The BEST Method underpins both.
Start with what AI can’t replace: your judgement, your expertise and know how, your relationships and the trust others place in you. Routine, visible work is the easiest to automate, while most opportunities still come through people, often before a role is ever posted. Future-proofing means knowing where your value lies, building a network deliberately, and becoming fluent enough with AI to use it rather than compete with it.
Yes. I coach in both English and Hebrew, and work with clients in Israel and internationally, [online and in person in Tel Aviv]. Many of my clients work in global organisations or across cultures, which is part of the perspective I bring.
Coaching is offered as a defined process rather than single sessions, and the investment depends on its scope and length. The AI Career Update is a focused, fixed-scope engagement and a natural first step; career and executive coaching are tailored to where you are and what you want to achieve. Many clients fund coaching through their employer’s professional development budget. We discuss fit, format and fees openly in a free initial conversation.
